We enjoyed our dinner. Wasn't busy. Food arrived very quickly. Was delicious. Pizza was spot on. Just wasn't sure about my dessert. The creme brulee didn't look set.
Busy place but found us a table, good service and enjoyed our meals I had the seafood paella, very tasty. normally sell pizza but oven was brokenFood: 5/5
Waitress was so rude it ruined our experience. Unfortunate because the food was good. I asked our waitress for a second piece of bread for my meatballs. She said she would have to ask if that was even possible. I offered to pay for it. Ten minutes later no response. I went in and she said she would charge me for the bread. I ordered 2 pieces and a beer. Cost $15 U.S dollars! 10 minutes later when the bread still had not arrived i i asked her why the cost was so high and she said that the bread was “special”bread and it cost $5 each. So a tiny piece of bread cost the same as a beer. I also had ordered the lightest beer. 15 minutes later i finally get the beer. Guess what- a very strong beer. 10 minutes later still no bread! I left. Wonder if management knows they have a passive aggressive waitress ruining their business.
Always find it a bit noisy because it’s very open and no sound buffering in the restaurant. It is also because there is usually a lively crowd. Menu is a little different and not extensive but food is really tasty. Most staff are pleasant and welcoming and the lady in charge is very attentive. Good place to go.
Fresh and perfect wood fire Malborough sea food pizza. I enjoyed the food and the taste which is perfect and unique. The salmon on the top of pizza is so fresh as it looks. You need to wait for the food for a bit time sometime longer as it is fresh make and busy but it's really worth. The customer service is really good. And they are some outdoor seats to enjoy the harbour view and keep your pet. There is a cafe and bar itself. The price is moderate. If you love seafood pizza. Try out this restaurant on in picton
Deserves more than the 4 star average. Good food, drinks and friendly fast service. Yum!
Loved the live music! We enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar so we could hear the live singer. The staff were rushed off their feet but were still super nice. We went back on Saturday morning at 10am for coffee and unfortunately they were closed the sign said they were meant to be open from 8.Service: 5/5
Nice place and food better than correct, but we had an issue at the end. We were waiting for more than half an hour for the desserts. When we went inside to ask about it, they wanted to give us a refund. We said we still wanted the dessert, they told us the people i the kitchen don't want to make it. That is weird. The situation was unconfortable, so we accepted the money, but we paid with card, and they gave it back in cash. They gave us less money than what they charged, and we lost the exchange taxes. Finally, they gave us a little bit more to solve this. All the waitress were nice and polite, I guess the problem is the people in the kitchen or the management. Owners are lucky because having good people facing the customers, but they should care about some things.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Cortado yesterday evening. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with checking for my dietary intolerances. We treated the menu like a tapas menu, and ordered several small bites. They were all delicious - cooked to perfection and beautifully presented so that our meal was a feast for our eyes, as well as our taste buds. it was reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
Terrible wait time, asked at the front if we could order a meal to takeaway. Server at the front said yes, we placed an order and waited. 2 minutes later the same person asked if anyone was serving us....that was weird 35 minutes later we asked where our food was, the server said it was a 45 minute wait we weren't told that at the start 25 minutes after that we finally got our meal an hour after ordering, and seeing several other groups arrive and get their meals within 20 minutes of ordering Pretty disappointed to say the least, and the food definitely wasn't worth the wait.
