The pharmacy was unable to supply a certain product for an extended period of time yet refused to allow me to redeploy my script at another outlet. I went back on 3 different occasions only to be told the sames thing - now i must point out that i quizzed them on all 3 occasions as to whether the script would expire and was assured every time that it would not and everything would be fine. Today they say that the script has expired and even if I took it to another pharmacy there is no funding, and I'd need to pay full price. Now I hate complaining about this as for years I have used this pharmacy and found them a joy to deal with but this is simply outright theft and cannot stand. I was able to speak with a pharmacist who refused to give me the owners details, and suggested I email them on a Gmail address! Sorry team, but you've lost a customer for life and I'll be telling everyone I possibly can to avoid your pharmacy. A total ripoff, don't go anywhere near them.
My Mum has been going to this pharmacy for more than 20 years and loves it. The staff are super helpful and there has been a recent change in ownership. Michelle and her team strive for excellence and always put their patients first. Thank you for being awesome.
This pharmacy have kept us safe and resourced all through Covid. They have managed to stay open even when they have been covid exposed and there has been so much sickness. They always do my pills accurately and efficiently, even when at times the workload has obviously been huge. I find it is better to order my pills a few days in advance so they have time to do them, if the script isn't urgent. When I think of community, then this pharmacy embodies community healthcare, always going the extra mile, and showing patience and kindness.
Apparently we went there Monday to get son checked for cough as we suspect RSC. Receptionist acted very unprofessional, she said "oh my now I have to clean all of the place, you should have called the hotline first." I asked what else we can do since emergency always tell us to go to GP first, she said she doesn't know the protocol in hospital.. really not helpful and acted unprofessionally
Absolutely USELESS, since Geoff has gone, they have no idea what to do, repeats & scripts that have meant to be done aren't even though when rung they said were done, I'm gng elsewhere now It's not good enough Wouldn't give me my script cause the spelling1 letter diff & they know me, plus u can't even get in to the shop, sorry since Geoff left this place is USELESS & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I am gng elsewhere
Disgusting behaviour by the pharmacist. Made to feel like a criminal, just trying to get pain medication which was a repeat after having major surgery last week. The junkies get better customer service. Another customer agreed with me when I complained about the service I received. Will be advising people not to go there. They have lost a valuable customer and their family. Shame on you. You are not doctors! I'm ticking the one star because it won't let me post without one.
Very Friendly staff and great customer service. Highly recommand it.
Unpleasant experience. The pharmacist's attitude made me feel uncomfortable.
Great staff, have been going here my whole live and never been let down
Good experience.
