Newlands Pharmacy

Have always been well looked after at this Pharmacy the staff here are so knowledgeable I feel very comfortable and confident discussing any health issue with them and for more serious or personal matters the Pharmacist is more than happy to take the time away from his work and have a private consultation with me. I have built a great relationship with these people and they even know me by name and am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello when I enter. I feel like a valued customer! Won't go anywhere else. Thank you to the amazing team at Newlands Pharmacy!

Popped in as my son was feeling pretty rough. The lady working there was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Just went in to the store before. I was the only customer in the whole store. I looked around for what I was after, then spotted it behind the counter. The staff member ignored me and kept tapping away at the computer. No greeting or "I'll be with you in a minute" just completely ignored me for at least a minute. Then when I had stood there feeling like an idiot for far to long I decided to walk out. It was then she asked "what did I want". This is the worst and rudest service (Or lack of) that I have experienced anywhere, ever. Disgusting. Had to drive to Johnsonville for what I was after. Appalled. She should be sacked.
