Convenient pharmacy in the community. The gifts there provide a wide range of options that are of high quality though somehow pricey. Especially appreciate their gift wrapping service which may help you to send out your choice of goods. The staff was nice too. Will come again when needed.

Did not explain to my husband how to use the adapalene he was prescribed . Also did not explain to him the side effects of valacyclovir even though both of these meds were prescribed to him for the first time. Thankfully I’m a health professional so knew about the medications and how to look up the side effects etc. Other  pharmacies I have been to have explained all of the meds well.  Thought of complaining to pharmacy council.

First time visiting my new home pharmacy and mightliy impressed. The layout is very well thought out and it is clear what is within each section.  The store is extremely clean and bright with a pleasant aroma form the diffusers.  The staff are extremely helpful and are quick with providing answers and finding exactly what you are after.  A nice pharmacy with quality products and quality staff.

Was prescribed multiple different new medications from my gp however the pharmacist did not bother to explain any of them to me . Poor service and also dangerous practice .

I went in yesterday to ask if they sold mascara. The woman who attended to me didn't say hello and was rude in telling me they only sell 1 brand. She really shouldn't work in a place where you deal with other humans on a day-to-day basis if she doesn't want to be polite.

Shopped here in March 2020 and I received great customer service. They had a range of products that I require and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They had hydrocortisone that I regularly buy and need. They also had products for flu such as codral, and telfast for allergies. They also have an online website. Thanks for your support.

Really professional and friendly pharmacists but one of their pharmacist assistant is constantly rude, condescending and has horrible customer service skills. It was a handy pharmacy for us but after several bad experiences with this one staff member we decided to never go back.

Great service, always very helpful!
