Good luck cancelling this membership. After many emails and calls me and my partner are still being charged. Radio silence from their customer service department which I'm sure is a fabrication of my imagination. As I write this I'm still paying for a service I no longer use. And be advised, the number given on a previous review is also a hopeless means of "communication". I feel part of their business model is to hope you give up. We won't quit Jetts and neither should anyone reading this.
Clean and tidy gym with a good atmosphere! The staff are all friendly and smiling, especially Emma! Keep up the hard work that makes this gym worth coming to :
Great team, great facility and awesome community. Highly recommend Jetts Royal Oak. Also shout out to Jetts, appreciate the ability to access other locations when away from home. Palmerston North was awesome as well.
Cleanly kept gym, just lacking in a bench press machine and also lacking in weight range of dumbells. The equipment is clean but not much variety as other gyms.
This royal oak jetts is my second home . I come at 11 am till 1 pm every day to see my regulars and friendly staff and do weights . I then come at 7 every night for my cardio work out. This gym is clean and tidiest by far! I’ve been coming for seven years now so basically all the members are my family now . Emma is the best ! Bright and sparkly and always polite and hard working . Her knowledge and social skills is what makes royal oak Jetts the best. And I’m not kidding. I can always get a good work out and socialise at the same time. Keep it up Emma ! Your a star
BS Jetts. You suspend my membership, and now you want me to pay 21.90 for no use of your gym + $10 admin fee? This is why I am cancelling. You are going to get a free 31.90? Can you please explain. Poor service. Not a good gym.
Jetts Royal Oak is a good gym, they need to be more strict on the use of gym towels and hygiene, but generally Jetts all round is a great gym with great machines and always clean and tidy with updated gear.
Do not ever give this company your details. I have requested several times they stop harrassing and spamming me but they just keeping going. Nearly everyday i am getting spam messages and text messages from them. Ultra aggressive marketing much like a telemarketing scheme. I was thinking of joining untill they started harrassing me. No they just give me the creeps. STAY CLEAR
Local gym. No issues with the facilities. However, should be signs or disclaimers for using roll-on antiperspirant as mandatory. Signes already up saying wipe down equipment after use I'm a male and use it every day... not hard....
My account was suspended after I had to cancel my credit card and I was charged a $10 admin fee as well. No easy process online to update my details with rude and slow communication via their contact page made it an easy decision to cancel my membership here.
