Came into activate my membership on a Saturdsy. Trading hours says on their door 8am - 11am but doors are locked. Spoke to the members who came out of the gym and said no staff were in today. Quite disappointed as i was looking fwd to getting it sorted today as weekdays staff hours are quite difficult for me to be there. Called the number for the branch no answer and also called the 0800 number they too couldnt get thru. So end up leaving a message and having to leave. Very shocking with this experience.
Not happy at all. No one is answering the calls and the staff did not help with my enquire. Seriously? Overcharge and not enough knowledge. Other PT Talia was better. Equipment is dusty too. Staff needs to communicate well
Nice gym, like most jetts gyms it's good, the only reason I gave 4stars is that 1 of the of the leg machines was broken no broken sign displayed,so I couldn't complete my leg workout...
Half the machines are broken and not repaired for months. Place stinks
Not bad bang for your buck. Look, it's not the best gym. It's small, limited and could use a deep cleaning. They have recently repainted, which made it look better. However, you're only paying $11 per week- so to be fair, you get what you pay for. The manager is friendly and always helpful. He does his best to keep the place clean, as one person running the whole place. It may get run down or get dirty now and then, but that's not the fault of the manager. If people want a better gym, pay more money or better yet, Jetts could hire an additional staff member. It's reasonable for what you pay for, and for me, it is a convenient location.
Good range of equipment and weights only thing I don't like is it feels cramped a little and the dumbells are always placed in the wrong place so it takes a second to find the right weight
This is to let you know that the machines here in the gym needs to be cleaned, wiped properly There is lot of dust on them. I have been looking them from last 2 months. Please have a look Thankyou
Small gym - wish they introduce different machines rather than having the typical ones Dirty toilets ALWAYS! Poor Wifi Connection Scale “sometimes” works Lack of wiping equipment during the night Music sucks Overall - Don’t join unless you are ok with the following above.
