Recently joined this gym after a recommendation. Initially and for a trial to try the gym out if it’s got that vibe where I can train peacefully. Honestly, it’s a great gym, great vibes and awesome people. Don’t be blown away by the name of the gym, some say it’s a serious man’s gym but that’s not the case. It’s open for everyone. Look forward to seeing some new faces in the gym! Cheers.
Really good gym for intermediate and beginners. You always find equipments for all workout. I love it as we have lot of equipments. And 1 last thing, gym owner is really supportive.

Best gym in South Auckland, lots of equipments as well as the spaces. Not like others gyms where we're all squashed up together. Gym is also very clean and tidy. Really recommend this gym as an alternative from other gyms.

One of a kind gym. Sid who manages the gym is very passionate about health and fitness. His attention to detail about equipment, hygiene, health drinks and support is amazing. He is my personal trainer and doesn't muck around when it comes to pushing me in achieving my goals. Overall, Full Power Fitness is an experience than just going to a gym to sweat.
Very clean and tidy. I was little skeptic initially, went to check first. The owner took time to show around and I can tell he started this gym with passion. Offered few free orientation sessions which helped me a lot.
