The atmosphere at this gym is awesome. I absolutely love going here to train with some excellent trainers - they up with new ways to challenge me. There’s a really fun vibe among the community of people who go here. Love it.
Service is atrocious when you are trying to quit! Had to cancel my direct debit from my bank because no one would answer my calls or reply to emails..... Drove there in person and was told the staff there could not cancel a membership, only the owner which was not there!!! Stay away from this place. Horrible service. Now debt collection is hunting me 3 months after I left there!
I went for a day trial to revitalize gym. It’s been 1 year now I am addicted to this fun place. Well equipped, professional trainers, hot crowd. I feel This gym is a good place for any kind of fitness targets. I mean look at the dumbbells range 80 kg! Yo, I never saw such heavy dumbbells in any gym before. Don’t forget to meet Brent and claim your free personal training pack. Happy fitness to all.
Staff were nice at start until you try to cancel your membership. Went in 3 times trying to cancel my membership. First time, the Indian receptionist kept saying "don't cancel ill be back I'm just feeling demotivated" and "I will be wasting money cancelling" for 15 minutes so I just went home. Second time, I asked to cancel my membership but the receptionist at the time said the Indian guy who handles that would be there next week so I went home. Third time, I tried again but was told I had to send a email because of covid-19 restrictions? and they'll get back to me. Now this is where I got very frustrated, most of my messages were left as seen and also tried calling the reception but was there no answer. Sent a email through and I did get a reply but was told it will cancel on minimum term when I wanted to cancel on the day, membership ended up getting canceled 2 months later. Took 4 months to process all of this when they could have just cancelled my membership on the first day but did not feel like it was an option, very unprofessional. Wasn't using the gym at all during those 4 months.
New bigger location 154 Harris Road, Revitalize gym is east Auckland"s best gym.Weights, machines exercise options are almost endless here!
After leaving multiple phone, email, messages asking for an explanation as to why they have taken money without authority stolen, and signed me up for membership on the 02/08/22 when I don't even live in New Zealand . Zero communication and now seems like a dodgy outfit. Stay away if you value your money.
I live in Papatoetoe. I have tried many gyms in auckland. I went for a trial for one day in Revitalize and I loved the facility. What machines they have WOW!. I have joined as a member now. Planing to bring my partner along as member. Nice place very friendly very professional. This place deserve 5 stars.
