The facility itself is nice and close to shops, which I liked.nHowever, my experience with one staff member made me uncomfortable. I joined while recovering from a rib injury, so my strength wasn’t at 100%. Instead of being supported or asked about my condition, I felt watched, judged, and treated differently.nThere was no check-in about injuries or how I was feeling, which would have helped. It affected my confidence coming in to train.nThe members were actually very encouraging and supportive, which I appreciated a lot. Unfortunately, because of the staff interaction, I decided to cancel my membership.nThe gym has potential, but professionalism and communication from staff need improvement.
Great place to go, one small problem we encounter evertime with Sunday evening closing time, they always come and disturb us before end time of our actual finish time since Employee has to go home. Its annoying
Very interactive staffnVery annoying the centre is closing for 2 weeks.nExtra excitement today, we were there for a trial fire evacuation - luckily not raining!nThe council are digging up the car park, very noisy and restricted access.nParking now very limited. Also access now has enormous long and high speed bump, cunningly designed to hit the under side of your car.nThe speed bump is horrendous, it needs to be driven across at an angnangle

Awesome facility, gym is good and the squash courts are good to have as well as the large basketball courts to use.nStaff are always friendly and willing to assist best they can.nThere are dodgy people around and the cars have been broken into in the past which is a downer.nThis place has potential, hopefully with the town centre upgrade, it will be more safer and lively.
