This Vac was great value at half price ,[ $199] . I had a Dyson that failed me so I opted for a cheaper one this time and its a Gem. Gets up the dog hair of the carpet and cleans the tiles & floor boards well. JB records the warranty with my phone number so it was an easy process.

Waurn Ponds store, easy parking, disabled access and room inside store to move around..a little tight in some spots but overall good. Excellent service and assistance even though it was a very busy day. Always a pleasure to shop there and have staff available for queries.

Normally a great store with good service and a great range . Pity the 10% off coupon code from the 17/12 Herald Sun was not honoured for my $200 purchase. No sale. Never mind. Harvey Norman came to the rescue.

The sales assistant, Fox, was so helpful and also gave me a great deal. I had to return to the store with a minor issue, and Fox helped me sort it out. He was understanding and very helpful.

Good location with helpful staff, always willing to check stock/price match. Can get a bit hectic and crowded due to size of store, but not often a problem.

It always seems to be a busy store and yet they do have a heap of staff and they are always willing to take their time and talk to you as a real person without lumping a heap of jargon on you that you can't understand. Prices are always good and 80% of the time if you ask for a better price they will look it up and do a better price than the ticket price the other 20% of the time they can't get the price any cheaper, but hey they are least try for you It might be 30 minutes from my place, but I will always try and go here if I can instead of other stores.

Very helpful staff, gave me time to test/look at the product and helped me lookup information. No pushy sales tactics and very patient with the many questions. And gave a small discount on the product I purchased. Would highly recommend jbhifi waurn ponds.

Went in to discuss large TV's and sound bars. Matt immediately asked if we needed help. Matt had fantastic, detailed knowledge of all the technology available which helped us narrow down the many choices available. He made the technical details easy to understand and answered all of our questions. We made our purchases and he arranged a quick delivery and installation. Very easy transaction. Thanks Matt!  Will return to JB Hi-Fi in Waurn Ponds for future purchases.

I had a problem with a “Tile” I bought earlier in the year, Rhys served me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to fix the problem. Above and beyond customer service.

Went in couldn’t find the product I wanted and waited 15mins for a staff member but they were to busy talking with each other to help me out. This isn’t the first time the staff have been like this
