I never normally write reviews but I had to this time because these guys are truly amazing! They went above and beyond to get my MacBook Pro battery replaced within just a few days when all other places I enquired with told me it’d take 5–10 days. I was quite stressed about these repairs as I work from home and need my laptop, but the guys were wonderful at keeping me up to date with how the repairs were tracking which was very much appreciated. After they saved my laptop and my life, I had some further charging issues and Michael and David were amazing in doing everything they could to make sure I had a working charger asap like, they had a solution for me in just a couple of hours!!. I will absolutely be going back here if I ever need repairs again. Absolute legends.

I wouldnt even give them a star but the lowest is one. The staff are the rudest people i have ever dealt with. They sent me the wrong quote asking for more money than the item. Just because im calling into the store and not standing in the store they feel my business isnt worth the effort. Im a guaranteed sale of $2799 yet was told to take my business elsewhere so i did. THank god for Geelong Technology group they sent me the correct quote straight away and were very accommodating and friendly on the phone and are an Apple agent.
