Unfortunately, the customer service at the Geelong store is real hit and miss; either fantastic, or appalling. The latter is more common. I was 'served' by Carla today who went out of way to put in the absolute minimum effort in helping me, and appeared to resent it when I insisted she did. Her manner was rude and arrogant. The staff at Waurn Ponds are always friendly and knowledgeable. A stark contrast to many at Malop St.
I was helped by a great young man named Ollie who helped me with my tech questions and directed me to everything I came to shop for, some work supplies and some emergency prints. I was surprised by the great stock and layout. Best I have ever seen. By far best experience I have ever had at any officeworks. I enjoyed the self printing. Thank you officeworks!
I purchased an oppo RENO 13 F phone ..it turns off while I m using it .... The screen goes off while playing music ...the only way to get it working again is rebooting it .... This happened many times ...I have returned it to Officeworks they say zero refund zero exchange for different make phone .....nSo please be aware of what could happen if you purchase a phone that is not 100 % reliable.....nnNot a happy customer...nI guess the F in RENO 13 F STANDS FOR FAULTY.....
When I was visibly struggling in the store last night, Ollie helped me to the q-cards in aisle 18 and then after a bit when i went to pay, ollie served me again. Definitely 5 stars for him, really nice kid
I have a COD Business Account but due to a new phone, I did not have access to the Officeworks APP. I explained my situation to the counter sales person and simply asked could they search my account, before I could finish a straight up NO was said.nI am part of a National Company myself and was not impressed on not being able to be heard let alone shut down so quick!!
