I have a COD Business Account but due to a new phone, I did not have access to the Officeworks APP. I explained my situation to the counter sales person and simply asked could they search my account, before I could finish a straight up NO was said.nI am part of a National Company myself and was not impressed on not being able to be heard let alone shut down so quick!!
Not impressed whatsoever, came in 30 min in a hurry before an exam to get notes put together in a binder, got told I had to wait half an hour to get them done. Service was terrible and when I asked for the manager they tried to justify their actions. I will not be back, this please is run horribly. Such a shame to the Officeworks brand.
First of all please have option 0 for rating shopping experience. You guys don't even deserve 1 out of 10.nnSecondly I placed two orders for click and collect on 18 and 19 may. Order no is 1015458765 and 1015463007 Both $1900 each. Money got deducted from my account. Got no email confirmation or call from officeworks regarding any issues. Then waited few days, then gave them a call to check what's happening with my order. Just to find out that both order has been cancelled by them due to reason which they wouldn't tell and neither inform me of cancelling the orders or refund. Finally I got in touch with them after 9 days just to find out that they haven't processed my order neither refunded my order and received no communication from officeworks. Even after holding my money for 9 days they don't know what happening with order and they said they will contact me back how they are going to proceed with this. Completely careless and unprofessional standards for retail business.
I spoke to Bailey at Office Works regarding ink cartridges he checked out back to see if stock was available. He came back saying although Office Works don't have any and wont be supplying them anymore he suggested a couple of things I can do to obtain some. In my opinion he was exceptional and went the extra mile. Allot of people cannot wait to get you off the phone he didn't. He was one in a million and you don't get customer service like that anymore.nThankyou Bailey.
