Shout to Chris from the printing area at Geelong Officeworks who helped me navigating some urgent printing I was having trouble with on Sunday late afternoon. Chris was so patient and a fabulous problem solver. Thank you for taking the time to ensure a great customer experience!
With over 20 years in customer service I can see why the reviews are so poor on one issue specifically the hit and miss rude staff. Honestly worst retail experience in my life and will be taking further. Management in charge genuinely looks unhappy to be there the whole team looks miserable I witnessed one staff member while I waited rudely treat customers and to hear how she still did after customer left disgusting to be frank. This store needs a complete re staffing or a new manager who can lead a team not a poor attempt of an angry mob that the staff present as. Even if you feel a certain way leave it for behind closed doors. The blatant nasty treatment from un educated unhealed staff need to choose a career path well away from any customers. Read reviews you will see the trend. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. And staff reading this know the lady on counter mid Arvo doing most the click and collects. If I genuinely was trying to be dodgey I'd of online refunded my click and collect. Not gone instore because I didn't know your quality staff can't process a click and collect properly. Genuinely thought my partner ordered the second one on my account so just swung through happy the fire stick inspired her to get another for our camp setup. For the same lady to tell me it was a mistake it just hasn't been processed properly while giving me filthy looks like I don't know what your assuming. Then to have the manager staff corner me to tell me the same thing while blatantly obvious to a fellow multi big chain retail manager that they were assuming I was up to no good. But if they knew any real scheme the person would of left long ago after the first 10 signs of suss like treatment. Longest worst review for a reason. I was genuine honest when told what happened I was like yup from that line of work makes sense. And I still bought stuff while I was there. No wonder the young staff all look uncomfortable I've seen it with managers who need a career change before the dynamic is toxic. And I'll be contacting head office till something is done. Don't treat others with 0 human decency, because that one genuine quiet guy won't sit quietly while you continue this poor treatment of the kind customers who loyaly shopped with you and made 15 business accounts over time for companys thinking good things of the business you provided..once upon a time
Shout out to the girl at the counter on a busy Sunday! I needed some labels to be printed and her service was so quick and amazing! Even though the printer has an issue and could not print the right colour with the first attempt she handled it so professionally and gave the the best customer service!
Now I understand why this store has so many bad reviews, especially their photo & printing service. My husband, my baby and I just got our passport photos taken here yesterday and the customer service is such a nightmare!! The lady who served my family, Suzie, was so in a rush to her tea time that she was really pushing us while taking photos, did not tell us what to do, didn't let us have a chance to fix our hair, face, position, didn't even tell us she's about to take the photo. Her attitude is like she is so done with us, barely enjoy doing what she's doing. I don't even think she wants to be there. She also didn't want us to check the photos she took and very unwillingly show us but in a very poor manner, the only way we can properly see our photos were to wait for the link sent through to our email , but then she kept rushing us to pay by annoyingly repeating the amount we owes. What a dissappointing service!! I took my passport photos at Waurn Ponds store before and the staff were so lovely and service was amazing. Will never be back to this Geelong store and do not recommend anyone to use their printing service here!
Went to Waurn Ponds store the product I was after was not available. Was told Geelong had stock so went to Geelong Yogi told me I should buy a newer model but he didn't have any so back to Waurn Ponds to purchase the newer model . Tryed to set it up but couldn't so called in to Geelong to see Yogi he was so extremely helpful genuine good old fashion service an asset to this business
