I can’t begin to share how one staff member helped me, her name was Holly and she was like a Christmas blessing! I went in with a long long list of release codes for multiple print jobs for multiple restaurants but I also had my kids with me and it was hot and my son was noticeably sick and Holly spotted me and even though she’d already clocked off she offered to help me and she stayed back another 45 minutes to put all my jobs through, with a smile and the most understanding nature and I truly just can’t believe there’s people that spectacular out there in the retail world. The printing of course was great too. If you ever have her help you, you’ll be in good hands.
I am usually a great advocate of this store. HOWEVER all I wanted to do was phone the store and ask if they have a particular product. This was an impossible task. I will go else and if I pay more I don’t care. Poor show. They only received 1 star for my historical association with them as a customer. No respect for the customer. NO STARS IF I HAD A CHOICE!nAs it turns out I HAD to go to Officeworks. I drove in the carpark, scanned my card and was in the shop 11 minutes. On ‘exit’ I scanned my card again but could not get out. I had to go reverse, park again and was told by Officeworks staff it wasn’t their problem as THEIR CARPARK was now managed by a Private company. I had to ring a number which the staff member knew off by heart and ultimately the girl on the phone said they were doing maintenance and eventually raised the boom gate manually and let me out. Now TWO reasons for not going back. So disappointing.
Called the store in geelong centre, & wanted to enquire about security cameras. I knew the one I wanted, but just wanted to clarify whether it could be powered with a small solar panel.nAnyway, no luck, as you have to go into the store to talk to someone apparently... or so the phone messages say..nNever mind, I called another shop, with real customer service, & will buy from them !!!
Parked in car park and only went to officeworks. Ended up waiting 20 minutes to use a photocopier one broken, the rest in use. As a result I was charged $2 for parking despite only using the car park to go to officeworks. I understand that they need to stop people using the car park to go to other places, but parking should be free for the duration of time you are in store. Next time I'll go elsewhere.
Just had the worst customer service experience at the print centre!!! When I spoke to the manager Carla - her only response was- well I can’t do anything to rectify that now.nWhat?!?! Do better Officeworks!nSuch a weird experience!!!!
