Staff are helpful. They are great at approaching and asking if you need assistance. If busy, you still see them all working hard and doing their best. Over all very helpful team and clean store. Well stocked.nnEdit: Came to remove 2 stars after being treated like a shoplifter because I regularly look at good pens for gifts. Bsllpoint and fountain pens are a joy of mine to look at and buy for people. I have money and a good job. So embaressed and upset to be followed and watched like that. Lost a customer. Second the same man has judged me and treated me that way.
When I was visibly struggling in the store last night, Ollie helped me to the q-cards in aisle 18 and then after a bit when i went to pay, ollie served me again. Definitely 5 stars for him, really nice kid
Terrible service.....waiting for 12 minutes to reload card for printing.nOne staff member working out of 5 staring at me waiting in line.nHad to go back to printer so I didn't loose my work....all witnessed by staff, but no one can serve behind the counter?nGuy was working in print room, front desk, customer service for a tablet, but he couldn't reload my card.nCame early so I could be quick....nJust crappy customer service
I have a COD Business Account but due to a new phone, I did not have access to the Officeworks APP. I explained my situation to the counter sales person and simply asked could they search my account, before I could finish a straight up NO was said.nI am part of a National Company myself and was not impressed on not being able to be heard let alone shut down so quick!!
