Website and web searches say Geelong store takes mobile phone recycling. Drove 30 mins to drop off, only to find bins have a sign up saying no e waste. How hard is it to change your website. Very upset. Staff had no clue.
Racist and discriminated. Allowed other customer to operate and let them do the things. However, they have not allowed the different race people to get things done by just saying we are 3 mins above the time periodnnReal discrimination and racism.
Last time I went to have some simple printing done I felt I was imposing on the woman who served me. This time Saturday Imi was so helpful and kind with more complex stuff that I was very pleasantly surprised. 5 stars for Imi.
Stay away from this Officeworks, customer service is terrible on a Saturday arvo. Waited for almost 20 min to collect a small order whilst 3 staff behind the counter ignored me but were happy to stand and chat
