Outstanding customer service. The staff couldn't be more helpful with my iPhone battery replacement. Great communication and friendly. I'm genuinely impressed.

Their telephone manner was vague and as if disinterested in my business. Perhaps because l am a senior they couldn't be bothered explaining the problem and just fobbed me off. I wont be using them in the future as l went elsewhere and was treated with courtesy and in the end a far better price.

Visited recently to buy a cable which I had lost to power my pc and upon visiting the store and asking for a replacement I was offered a spare cable completely free of charge! Staff were quite friendly and helpful so will definitely return if I have any pc/technology queries or issues in the future.

Always wait forever in the store but Chris has taken care of my Dad's computer for several years. Service is great when eventually they get to you!

Had a Samsung phone - 30 day turn around for repairs. These guys had my iPhone assessed, sent and replaced in just a few days! Have never had electronic repairs done so quick and professionally.
