I had an extremely disappointing experience at JB Hi-Fi Shepparton during my recent visit with my wife to purchase a phone. While I have visited this store numerous times in the past to explore deals and new models, this experience was shockingly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.nnAfter selecting a phone for my wife, I asked the sales staff if there were any additional deals or offers available. Instead of receiving a helpful response, we were met with dismissive attitudes, inappropriate facial expressions, and a condescending tone. It felt as though we were being judged, as if we couldn’t afford the product, and even overheard comments implying we were there just to waste time.nnSuch behavior was not only insulting but also deeply disrespectful, leaving both my wife and me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. Despite this, we still purchased the phone, but the entire experience has tarnished our trust in this store.nnI expect JB Hi-Fi to take this feedback seriously and implement proper training for staff to ensure every customer is treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy, regardless of their inquiries or purchase intentions. Experiences like this are unacceptable and should not happen to anyone.

Tried returning a faulty speaker after only having used once. Because it didnt play up and stop working in the 5 minutes they tried to test it. Wouldn't give refund. The speaker has had issues with cutting out and not being able to turn it off when charged. Fire risk and they don't care. Bad customer service.

Aiden is fantastic - he helped me so much today with both the purchase of a new uni laptop and new headphones. We had lots of laughs and he was so friendly, patient and kind. And of course, he knew exactly what he was talking about! He and Tayt got me the best deal possible and made the whole experience which I can find pretty stressful so smooth and easy. Couldn’t appreciate their service more. Legends. Thank you!!
