Dear JB Hi-Fi Shepparton. As a customer I am disappointed with the poor service provided by one of your employees. When I was about to pay at the cashier, the woman told me to move aside in an impolite tone because there was another customer who was going to pay. And that is where I am very disappointed with the woman's attitude towards me. Because I am a customer in your store and I also have money to pay. My advice is that it would be better if you do not employ people like that woman in your store because your store's reputation will be damaged by the actions of workers like her. Thank you
Just went into the Shepparton store to buy a TV. Massive shout out to Damien for helping us. Knowledge was great and there was no pressure to buy. Super friendly, and just an enjoyable experience. If looking for a new TV ask for Damien and he will look after you. Thanks guys!

bad after sales service for customers, in-store manager seemed very reluctant to help find solutions for customers, just wanna do things based on very strict procedures. doesn’t have flexibility to deal with problems, lack of ability to think out of the box to help customers.ni’ll never buy anything from jb hifi again.
S4 Efuy Security Cameras.nGenuinely upset with the service and situation, I spent almost 2grand on faulty SECURITY CAMERAS and the first pair I got, they are waterproof mind you and ALL WEATHER RESISTANCE,, Stopped working in the rain, Employees weren’t much help they suggested “A blow dryer” Which is in itself if you think about it dodgy, and corrosion would be a problem or possible fire hazards.nIn the end they agreed to replacing it after my partner being escorted out the building, because I was clearly upset that I just spent 2000$ on faulty equipment, so he had panic and obviously got more upset, nothing drastic just clearly upset, besides the point, we got a replacement they’ve worked in and out of the rain, for a week, and for the past 2 days they’re connection to only footage has been playing up, we can sound alarms, we can use the lights, turn the cameras, use all the accessories but get the actual live and recorded footage. I would not recommend getting the S4 Efuy Security Cameras, will be Coming back and won’t leave until I get a full refund, im not rich I saved Months of savings, to Feel Comfortable Sleeping in my Home, Now I Feel Unsafe, and Robbed, Robbed by Jb Hi Fi
