Replaced my battery in iPhone and took 2 hrs.when I got it back the home button didn't work..obviously not checking their work. They fixed it and just said "things happen". For $50 work should be checked. Would not go back or reccommend. Should have paid attention to the reviews to begin with

Worst ever! I brought in my Sony phone to replace the screen. Very poor communication. When I called in to check if my phone was fixed they told me that they didn't know where my phone was. The next day I called again and then the manager told me it was never lost. When I could finaly pick up my phone the back was on the wrong way, they immidiatly fixed that but then the buttons didn't work. The last time I picked it up it was finally okay, or so I thought. A few weeks later when I was travelling around the screen was letting go again. I called to see if I could get a full refund, but that was not possible because they wanted to have the screen back. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars..

I rang to get a quote for insurance on a new iPhone.  
It will cost me $10 to get the quote and 24 hours before they will do the quote.  If I am going to buy a new phone from you, I am NOT going to pay you to do a quote!!!  Now I am going elsewhere and won't be giving you any of my business again.  I have been to you a few times over the years and have given you the benefit of the doubt regarding your customer service and manner but you still don't make the grade.
The girl who answered the phone needs major lessons in phone etiquette, her manner is appauling.
You got 1 Star, not 0, because you can't post a review without giving 1.
