Absolutely bad and terrible service, Ruth and the other staff have no knowledge of how computers works or where to save documents for print!!! Kept saying this it has be done online and no other store will help you either! The fact is I was in Melbourne officeworks and staff went above and beyond to assist me with printing emergency business cards!!nAvoid going to this store if you require technical assistance with high quality digital printing!!
Had a click and collect order. Arrived followed the instructions. Rang the number which ended up ringing out after 9 minutes. Left with out my order as I had another appointment. Very inconvenient. This is on the back of the last order I did with them that took 3 months for them to find !!! Not convenient, Not efficient. Poor service
The lack of variety on shelves in not acceptable. What is even less acceptable is the service. While the employees were competent enough in their job, the person managing them the manager was an absolutely stubborn human being, incredulous about anyone and everyone willing to purchase or return a product they bought. For the manager's lack of propriety and trust to his customer, I no longer have any intention of purchasing items from this place be it online or in person. I would rather travel 2 hours to a nearby Officeworks than attend this cesspool for customer service. The manager's distrust-to-trust ratio is 100 to nil, so I suggest going to another Officeworks to flip or at least balance those odds.
Ask the staff for what you want and they will tell you where to find it. The premise is well stocked staff are friendly and helpful.
