Have no option to give 0 stars. Really bad experience.nI contacted the office in the morning and spoke with customer service staff to confirm whether they had self-service computers or could type a link in Google and print a form. I was clearly told yes, they would do it on the computer and print the form.nWhen I went to the office in the afternoon, a different staff member said they do not do this at all. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.nnPlease update and train all staff on your policies so customers are not misinformed and their time is not wasted.
Love a bit of officeworks shopping. A bit hit and miss with the print counter staff, some go above and beyond while others try but don’t really know what they’re doing.
They have a good variety of products, and the customer service on-site was okay—I didn’t expect much anyway. However, when I called to explain a minor incident, the woman I spoke to on the phone seemed rude and had this “don’t care” attitude. Well, what to expect for customer service nowadays —
Over the past week I have called the store on numerous occasions, waiting over 5minutes and then being hung up on.nReceived text message confirmations that an order was ready to collect, only to be told it is still in Melbourne and hasn't been posted yet.nStaff in store helpful aside from not answering phones but overall very frustrating experience.nWill be going through Vistaprint for all future printing needs.
