If I can give them no stars, 16 August I would! I bought a wood stove this year and was X display stock. They pack the stove for pick up it was wrap so I couldn't see if it was safe for traveling They left the top baffle plate inside unscrewed so in transporting my stove, this plate has been broken and stove can't be used. BBQ galore shepparton won't take no responsibility for this and would have the rudest staff I have come across. Not happy and won't be using or recommending BBQ GALORE IN THE FUTURE. I Recieved a phone call from head office today 17th Aug with apologies and they will replacing item. Please next time staff members look after your customers.
Needed a tbar for my gas bottle. Only place apart from going on line that I could get one. They really have all the nicnaks and good gear here

Jason has been very helpful and professional but I wouldn’t use their plumber Jarrod as he is very unprofessional and rude and doesn’t turn up for days after he says and won’t admit his bad workmanship and blames other trades. Nearly 6 weeks on and I don’t have a compliance certificate.

My husband picked up our grand turbo barbie and accessories today . What a great store with very professional staff who know there products. Not only did they give us a great discount, they gave us all the time we needed and advise before our purchase. Thanks Rob and Jackson for the great discount.

I had been wanting to purchase a BBQ for a long time. I went into BBQ's Galore Shepparton and was blown away by the friendly service and selection. Jason and the staff made the process so easy, so much information and help, not to mention the price was competitive. Nothing was too hard, I recommend BBQ's Galore Shepparton to anyone and everyone as you will be looked after as you should be everywhere
