Horrible shopping experience ! The store manger didn’t even both to walk over and explain why they couldn’t exchange a top worth less than $5 instead he yelled across the sales register at me and a young female staff member saying it’s want store policy to exchange anything without a receipt! Seriously Target I won’t be spending another sent with you.
Today, I visited Target and purchased two Christmas presents along with some wrapping paper. As I was in a hurry to wrap the presents and give them right away, I realized at the checkout that I had forgotten to grab sticky tape. I politely asked the male attendant if it would be possible for me to use approximately 5cm of tape at their checkout counter, given my time constraints. He then turned to a female manager, who responded in a rather dismissive manner, stating that the tape could only be sold. I acknowledged her response and mentioned that I was unsure of where the tape was located. She eventually went to get the tape for me, which I appreciated, but I found her demeanor to be less than welcoming.nNo wonder there were so people shopping at Kmart I was at Kmart before this trip, and there were a few in Target for Christmas shopping.
Shepparton Target is fantastic. All the employees are so lovely and kind,, The only thing I can fault is sometimes they never have what I want
