Today, I visited Target and purchased two Christmas presents along with some wrapping paper. As I was in a hurry to wrap the presents and give them right away, I realized at the checkout that I had forgotten to grab sticky tape. I politely asked the male attendant if it would be possible for me to use approximately 5cm of tape at their checkout counter, given my time constraints. He then turned to a female manager, who responded in a rather dismissive manner, stating that the tape could only be sold. I acknowledged her response and mentioned that I was unsure of where the tape was located. She eventually went to get the tape for me, which I appreciated, but I found her demeanor to be less than welcoming.nNo wonder there were so people shopping at Kmart I was at Kmart before this trip, and there were a few in Target for Christmas shopping.
Turned up at Shepparton store at 5.30pm Sunday to find it was closed. Website reads 6pm. A few other people turned up as well.
Good customer service, with a nicely laid out store. Store seemed clean, with isles clear of obstructions. Prices were average.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My one-year-old son was in a stroller and getting a little upset while going through the checkout, staff need to mind their business and do their job. My son wasn't running around or doing anything wrong.
Has most of the same stock as Kmart with little variations, but this location in particular I find is not super clean and there arent always tickets/pricing on the shelves. There was a whole bay I saq which I know isn't new/being set up, that had no pricing and was messy. Annoying as a consumer.
