Product was fine Store was open on public holiday and service was a little lacking. But I got my jeans and they locked the shop behind me.

Terrible customer service. Will shop online at Just Jeans in the future! Willing to pay postage to avoid going in there.
Very rude two ladies currently working in there. Bring back Suzie. I had bought something online and took the item into the Shepp store for a refund. The workers said people like you should shop local and not on line. They spoke in a very rude manner. They refused to give their names, but the bossier one was called Mary. She said it's people like you that make local stores go broke.They were very reluctant to give me a refund, so I offered to take the item with me and post it back myself.They eventually gave me a refund in a hostile manner.
