I like this joint. Dealt with two of the techs here and they didn't treat me like an idiot which most people in this profession tend to do. Also didn't gouge me by saying I had to buy stuff that I didn't need

My family has been dealing with CTS for as long as they have been open. Our first compter was from them way back in the days of Dos and Windows 93. they have always kept up with new hardware, and i persnaly have always been happy with there serves and support. Definitely a great company to do business with.

Fantastic experience with this team. I depend on my laptop for work, so I was worried when all of a sudden it would no longer boot, especially since I was far away from home. Jenny gave me confidence it would be sorted out, offering advice in the first phone call to try myself. When I brought the laptop in Andrew began looking at it immediately and I was back up and running the same day even though they had to source and replace the SSD hard drive. Highly recommend these guys for both customer service and technical skills!
