Ok but like other supermarkets no thought given to those of us who aren't tall. In the freezer section if what you want isn't on the lower shelf the next shelf is hard to access. What was wrong with the old freezers which were at waist height?? And easily accessible. You need to take all customers whether short or tall into consideration. If my daughter isn't with me then I won't buy articles I can't reach.

Needs better organising, more variety i stock. Going through the checkout is a joke.. staff need to be more friendly customers are paying their wage

Very easy to shop there and the cashier's are friendly. No one on the floor however. The prices make up for that though.

I was searching something I have longed looking for but not available at the shop thus as I leave the shop the check out staff abruptly called out "Hey, stop!" repeatedly. I didn't suspect he was actually demanded me to stop as I was exiting from Aldi. His voice got lounder and angry so due to curiousity, I turned around, he immediately asked me to open my bag. I just think, he can politely requested to let me show him my bag uf this is a routine check at the store.
