Has a great range of products. 1 star less as we always have to wait a lot of time to talk to someone at the store. Not just in the city store but almost in every Jbhifi store across ACT when compared to Sydney stores. But once you have someone to talk to they are really great in advising according to our needs. Bonus tip: You can bargain for a better price . Also they price match if you find it cheaper somewhere else.
Went for a laptop. Yes they have quite a wide variety of brands covered and offer some lucrative discount, but lacking the range of products from each brand. There is a sale happening till 31st January 2023. Perhaps the gadget lovers can give it a shot. Cheers.
Came in on Boxing Day and even though it was absolute madness, staff still found the time to notice I needed help and were friendly and knowledgeable. Also loved that staff were able to help out at the pay points around the store to keep the line moving.

Aemon was super lovely and helpful when we came in to look at headphones! My partner didn’t buy the headphones that day to keep it a partial surprise for me, but they were so great and honest about the different products!
Was looking at gaming headphones with my partner and needed help understanding the meaning behind certain price tickets. I asked for assistance and the team member Cam was very rude and demeaning to me. I wasn’t sure about something so I asked for help but was given a rude and offensive employee.
Jb best place for DvDs and hardware for around the house best prices great deals, if i had to pick an issue, there variety can be limited in some items, but i feel that can be the same across lots of chain stores.
Ary is a very good staff, he makes every effort to make this shopping experience positive and pleasant! I would recommend this sales person to my friends!
