Today I went to the Apple store very distressed as my work laptop was no longer turning on and I needed it immediately. The most helpful, polite and friendliest man named Tristan at the Genius Bar fixed everything and was so understanding of my situation. I could not have asked for better service and a better result if I tried. Staff and service like this are rare to find! Thanks so much Tristian! Keep up the good work!

Had an appointment to check my battery at the Genius Bar. When I walked in I was greeted but not asked what the purpose of my visit to the store was so I waited for 5 minutes before I was approached and checked in for my appointment. I was attended to by a technician and explained the issue I was having with my phone. They ran a diagnostic test and confirmed the battery was fine. As an alternative to replacing the battery they mentioned I could configure the phone so background processes wouldn't drain the battery or cause it to fail. Thanks, may as well have bought a Nokia.

Helpful staff who were very happy to provide a refund on the MacBook Pro I purchased. I was a little disappointed that although they cheered and congratulated me when I purchased the MBP (I'm not even kidding, it was the weirdest thing ever), they didn't congratulate me or cheer me on when I returned it in order to buy a superior Surface Book 2. Well, I'll still give you guys 3 stars because you do have a good returns policy :-)
