Seriously best service. Walked in door and Kai greeted me I told him list of things I'd been sent to get and he went and got them all for me off shelf. He was so pleasant and really made me want to come back. I will be coming here rather than alternative electronic stores as a result.
They have a great range of product.always my first stop when looking for electrical stuff. As they have variations of product not available elsewhere. There website search function does need to be improved though.
Really gave me a heck of a deal! This is sam Awesome customer service and everything else. Easy explanation, might have to contact you guys though about the fridge/freezer, it's getting an F2 status but I'm waiting half an hour. Will try it again.
Kaizad and the team are like Christmas, a warm welcome, a gift of a smile, epic product knowledge and personalised offering. That can’t be achieved without listening very well. Every time we go here, we explore needs, and land up with a perfect long term solution. They ask the right questions, ensuring we get what we NEED rather than want. I cannot recommend this store high enough. They leave the competition in the dust, by making you feel valued and important. It is people like Kaizad and his team that will make retail stay alive, and keep Jaycar as a go to destination- this store and the team cannot be under estimated. As others have said they are very big on the up sell. Also when I asked for a receipt for warranty for the item I purchased I was told "we will know if you have been stuffing it up". Like I was some criminal.
Very happy with the selection of cables. Have an older rack switch with ps2 connections and Jaycar was help to help with all adaptions. Also had an issue with a faulty product that had to be returned. They refunded the money no questions asked. Also very friendly and knowledgeable team. Thank you
Highly recommend Jaycar - East Tamaki I received excellent service, beyond my expectations - from the Store Manager Kaizad. He went out of his way to ensure the FM transmitter worked in my car. He set it up, ensured that I knew how it all worked, and even offered his assistance again should I ever need. It's not everyday that you receive great customer service like this! Friendly staff, good range. While you can get parts much cheaper from overseas it's the perfect place to go when you can't wait 6 weeks for a $5 item. Regular customer for that very reason.
Extremely helpful service from Kai the Store manager. Provided good product advice, shipping service to chch and prompt communications regarding tax invoice.
