Poor communication, unreliable, and poor customer service. In need of a repair on a washing machine originally bought from Harvey Norman and was referred to ‘I Fix4U’. Contacted them, they sent a repair person to have a look and we were advised he would need to order a part for it. We contacted them a week later to see when the part would arrive and were told despite them being in constant communication with the part suppliers they could not give us an approximate date/time. We have then had no further communication from ‘I Fix4U’ for 38 days, causing us to constantly go to a laundromat wasting our own money and time. Have been informed Harvey Norman have tried to contact this company as well and have had no reply. We have recently contacted ‘I Fix4U’ for a follow up; no apology was given, no solution was given. Yet again we are left with the typical ‘we will get back to you on Monday’ line and a washing machine that can’t be used. Frustrated and disappointed customer.

Visited this business, TV in boot, asked for price of the faulty part, plus cost of repair. Despite follow up email, 2 phone calls and promises, no response from Ash. It is now over a week. I try to support my local businesses, but this is not good enough. If you can't help, let folk know that, so they can find somewhere else.

Good price on heat pump supply and install. Friendly and efficient. Professional installation, and were able to quickly adjust to unavoidable last minute pump location changes.

Taken two Panasonic Microwaves to repair. Both diagonosed as unrepairable. Picked up about weeks later. On arrival, they could only located one. They offered to sent over the other one to my place personally. But I told them I came a long way. I waited for 45 min. They finally led me inside the closed work shop where on the workbench I saw my other microwave - the side of which had been cut a square hole (3x5 inches roughly), without my permission!! The Fujian tech manager(?) offered to replace cover with a new part said to cost him some $70. So I demanded that the whole bill of $90 to be refunded and there is no need to fix the "stolen" part. Yet they refused and counter offered $45 - one machine only. My question is : this is an abuse of trust when I put my gear in their care. And I have to stand there for 45min to be told of the fact, likely for someone was trying to hide something. ( I was referred to them by Panasonic so in addition to notifying people here I will contact them next.) What would such an illegal act of cutting out a part of my microwave possibly for their other repair work reflect? This is a un-professional dealership with questionable integrity. I definitely not think its deserved any of your business. 27/11/17 TN Auckland
