In the last month, I switched my health cover from NIB to AHM with the assistance of Iselect. Recently, I found AHM charged me more than the amount I was told by iselect staff. So, I called AHM, they  asserted the amount is right, so I turn to Iselect. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, almost same time in the afternoon, I would like to talk to their staff. My calls were transferred to same department and then were handballed to a sector called "customer solution", three times, I was told one of the team member would call me back and no one calls me anyway. I am still waiting......

Really bad experience. The customer service consultants are unexperienced and just want to make a sale to get commission Extremely irresponsible.

Unless you want to get pestered day and night by every man and their dog about products you are not interested in DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 

I used their website to compare power company prices.. Big mistake and here’s why.. 

1)	Every option they gave me was $100+ more expensive they I currently pay. Including from my current provider. 
2)	After receiving 8 -10 phone calls a day between 7am & 7pm for a week I have spoken to 3 different people asking to be removed 
3)	I’m now receiving 5-10 phone calls a day for different products. All of which are unsolicited and just happen to be for products iSelect also compare. 

From the looks of some of the other reviews I’m not alone.

The advisers lie to you about the providers in order to get you to sign with their preferred ones, presumably for the different levels of commission. They push certain providers over other and are not impartial, not recommended. Better to go directly to the providers.

Just got off the phone with two very helpful members of the iSelect team who helped me sort out my new Internet provider. Both were very professional and polite.
