I am an owner operator of a reasonably sized abseiling, climbing, canyoning and hiking business in the Blue Mountains, NSW. I have been a customer of Affinity for at least 7 years and have always been super impressed with the staff. Their knowledge of and engagement with industry; their ability and willingness to explain complex legal, liability and insurance concepts; their accessibility and responsiveness when I've needed to contact them; the value adds in terms of resources and support provided; their willingness to understand challenges facing our business; and much more. 
I also greatly appreciate that they are a small, local Australian firm. It gives me great comfort to know that if anything ever went wrong I would have real humans to interact with and not a large, foreign firm with offshore call centres and layers of bureaucracy to navigate. 
If you are considering getting insurance for a market that Affinity services, then ask what makes their service and policies different from their competitors - their response is personalised, comprehensive and convincing! (They have also convinced me *not* to buy from them when the product fit is not right. Which I appreciate even more!)
