I am extremely pleased with Reliance Partner's service and company. I have never ever had a bad experience. The company truly cares about you as a company and not just your wallet. I seriously can't thank them enough. If you are needing insurance, definitely hit these people up!!!

2-16-23 Update from previous review- I spoke with the agent manager and we came to a resolution. His manager was very nice, polite, and apologetic. Hopefully we will be able to work together in the future.  2-6-23 I would not recommend this company due to lack of customer service. I contacted a agent by the name of Andrew because I was shopping for insurance. When deciding to go with another company, Andrew emailed me a very unprofessional email due to me choosing to work with another agency. He proceeded to tell me “I wasted his time”, “I lack professionalism as a business owner because I did not inform him that I was shopping with other agency.  I do not understand why Andrew felt the need to breach my information today to verify if I changed insurance or not. I spoke with Andrew almost 2-3 weeks ago and told him I would reach back out to him when I am ready. Therefore, their was no need for Andrew to breach my information for his personal needs to confirm if I have changed insurance or not. This was very unprofessional and I did not appreciate this type of behavior or email today! Thank you

I just want to say that throughout the rocky road that we have experienced in this industry, I have found that the team I have always pulls through for me. I am usually extremely busy and can’t handle a lot of things on a day to day basis but Aida Kubic and Johnson Turnmyre always answer the call of our needs. Worst company stay away for this company they never know the exact price they tell me want price I do contact and and after boom the insurance go up My current payment was 1,540 peer truck and now is 1,832 I asked why they go up and never responded to me they said call MOHAVE AND MOHAVE TELL CALL YOUR AGENT I don’t ho stolen the money but please stay away. You send a email 5 different person response to you but never help you. Garbage Company BASURA DE COMPAÑÍA SON UNOS LADRONES.

Huge mistake when I decided to save some money and change my agency, should I stay with my previous agent. More complicated to work, they will reply on your requests days after you inquire, they will yell you that they are short on staff and have so many inquires.   I just choose them because I saw so many referral, but looks like weren't all so accurate, I wouldn't choose them again. RE:The resolution is simple to instruct your staff to be prompt on customers requests, and provide with the assistance in the timely maneer.

Don’t go with this people they are the worst agency i ever met in years!! Spread the voice don’t be their victim…BE AWARE!!!

Stay away! It's taking them days to answer to emails or returning calls. Had already a few incidents with proof from our side and they only thing they can say is "I apologize", nothing changes. Stay away!

Poor customer service, No phone calls returned, pretty bad agency for their customers..

They are not willing to remove your truck on time after we requested to remove we can call back no answer phone we left messages no respond Don’t ever try Reliance partners agency for anything
