This is the most incompetent company in Australia, my boat got hit by another driver, although I was not at fault they took 3 weeks to get my boat towed, 4 weeks to get it assessed, and if it wasn't for my wife to email them and threaten legal action I probably would still be waiting for a payout. The most incompetent insurance company I have ever come across. DD NOT insure with them. Absolutely disgraceful service. Steer clear at all costs.

Due to underwriting recently changed if you have had 2 claims in the last 5 years whether they have been successful or not they will no longer renew your policy. For a company that was more expensive & didn't even insure for an agreed value on the boat it is quite disappointing & not to mention I had 2 boats insured with them. So in summary if you actually use the insurance for what it's sole purpose is they will not insure your boat. Pretty disgraceful in my opinion.

Got water in my jetski and they charged me $5000 access. Wasn't  my fault. Never again use them.

Always helpful and professional

Worst experience dealing with this insurance company, we ended up with a broken JetSki and a declined claim. They will do anything to get out of paying, including lying.

Easy and professional to deal with and friendly over the phone. Would recommend
