I'm in total agreement with the previous reviewers. I've had nothing but positive experiences with C.N. Botting & Assoc. Darren & John really know the insurance industry and have saved me heaps over the past 13 years when we moved into this property. They've looked after our owners corporation insurance, suggested different insurers when appropriate/advantageous, as well as my contents & motor car insurances. Darren went over and above to help us sort out a problem lately and for that we are very grateful. I can't recommend this business enough..
Botting and Associates has been our insurance brokers for 37yrs. They always have the answers for the best insurance policies and if nessasary they often choose a new policy if conditions or price goes up. I have known John for 37yrs since my first car required insurance. Since then, we have had multiple car insurances including road side assist which saved us money and not requiring the RACV anymore which saved us lots of money over the years. We also have had many house insurance policies including contents insurance. Also boat insurance when we had them. I have never had “one” complaint with Botting when making a claim for cars, boats, houses and contents over 37yrs. They are always friendly and give the best advice for our tailored insurances. Don’t need to worry about the “fine print” that insurances companies hide from you and us. With recent fires, floods, cyclones and other disasters out of our hands, we truly need an insurance broker to give us the correct level of insurance in case of a disaster. Thank you Botting and Associates for all your truthful and professionalism throughout the years.
