Emma was a delight to deal with. We spoke over the period of a week as I explained I wanted to explore funds myself first. She listened to my needs and fpind the appropriate policy for me. I had actually done some research myself of policies from other funds. I now have what suits my husband and I and am saving a significant amount which as a pensioner is important. She was never "pushy". She made the transition very easy. Thank you.
If you are looking for a new health insurance provider Do Not use this company as they will do whatever it takes to make the sale but not deliver. They even acknowledged that the hour plus phone call to change providers was a little remiss in a full explanation as to waiting times, basically no waiting times. Spoke with Anne then Gavin to explain the situation and advised my disappointment in their lack of taking any responsibility for miss information. Gavin said he understood my frustrations and would raise my concerns and out of pocket with their general manager Chris Quinn. I was expecting that Mr Quinn would understand that Health Deal had erred and would ensure a positive customer experience. However, it is clear that customer satisfaction is not part of his job description or objectives and offered nothing, leaving Gavin to explain same. Do not use this company if you are looking for a good customer experience.
