We visited this very large store to look for some house ware. The layout is pretty well organized and prices well labelled. There is also a cafe here that serves hot food and drinks. There are many items to browse here, from furniture, bedding needs, chairs and tables, storage, toys, cookware, kitchen items and lots more. We managed to find the items we needed here. At the exit, there was food and drink and we tried the veggie hotdog. It was cheap but didn't have much flavour.
It was like walking around a maze and looking into other people's homes. Brilliant ideas. Not for those who get lost easily or who are in a hurry!nnFinding the exit took ages which was overwhelming.nnMy 1/2 hour walk through to two hours...
Clean, organized, and fun! It’s a pretty big place with so many room design inspirations. Everything is in order so you can easily find what you want to buy. Sadly, I didn’t go to the cafeteria. But I heard the $2 chocolate ice cream is good.
My family visited IKEA this Friday evening for dinner and shopping. At the entrance, there was an older lady whose attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. She looked at us with a displeased expression, did not greet or welcome us, and did not even offer a smile. I tried to smile at her, but she completely ignored me and continued to look annoyed.nnI have no idea what might have caused this reaction, as we had done nothing wrong. This was honestly one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I hope IKEA can provide additional customer service training and improve the quality of service to ensure all customers feel welcomed and respected.
