My husband and I came in to the store. He has been super excited about purchasing a Barbecue and wanted to come in to gain some knowledge about different types of BBQs. We wanted in and walked around for 5mins. No one came to help us what so ever. There were 3 people working at the store and no other customers in store. Terrible service. Felt a little sad walking out and not even being acknowledged :.
We bought an outdoor lounge from Barbecues Galore Majura Park recently. Great service from start to finish and it was a lovely surprise to be gifted five cushions to go with our furniture setting, which was already half price.
If you are looking for a brand name BBQ and you are willing to pay for the name than this is the place to go. We visited to purchase a few pieces of outdoor furniture but could not find anything small enough for our needs as they only sold suites not individual pieces.
Big horrible dent in table. I wrote to Customer Care at 12.01pm 15 Feb 2022 Inquiry #: CS00153711 then again at 10.29am 27 Feb 2022 Inquiry #: CS00155273 but I have had nil response. I am so very disappointed. *********** Following up after Response From the Owner: it's now 07 May 2022 and the table has not been replaced, I still have the table with the huge big dent on show for all to see when they come to my house, could you please contact the team and advise me of replacement/delivery date. Thank you. *********** New table arrived on 11 May 2022. Thanks very much, I'm a lot happier now.
Ordered and put a deposit on a Treager smoker with a table over the phone which they had in stock and put aside. I told them I’d be there in 5 days to pick it up. Went to pick it up and they had sold both the smoker and table on me. Agreed to take the display model, was told that the table would be only a few weeks away. It’s been a month and still no table. Very poor communication obviously within the store. Don’t believe everything they tell you.

Worst online purchasing experience ever. I bought a $1000 Ziggy bbq online, taking advantage of the free offers that were available, on 6 January. So far I've received 3 deliveries, all of which the courier has contacted me and asked me to be home for, that consisted of cleaning clothes, a scrubbing brush, some marinades, a cookbook and a pizza stone. The third delivery I was on my way to take my husband to the hospital for a rehab visit and I turned around to meet the courier for what I had hoped was my barbecue delivery, only to be handed a shoebox sized parcel containing barbecue cleaning products. We were late for his visit so thanks for that important delivery Barbecues Galore. When I ring today to ask where my barbecue is and when it will be delivered I get ummm, ahhh, not sure. Maybe there will be a couple delivered into the country next week - no guarantee that one of them will be mine though. Even when they're delivered they won't get to the Auburn warehouse until maybe Wednesday. Well that's useless because it's Australia Day and the warehouse will be closed. Mind you, I'd hoped to have the barbecue that I ordered 3 weeks ago to have some friends over but that won't happen. So, at the end of the umming and ahhing we concluded that I still wouldn't get my barbecue until at least the following week - IF one of the "couple" that were coming into the country was allocated to me. Freaking useless. I wish Barbecues Galore had provided an advice when ordered that a. it wouldn't be available for over a month and b. the other dribs and drabs would be delivered just like that.... in dribs and drabs. So thank you No Barbecues Galore, I'm about to go and process a refund request and perhaps head on down to Burning Log and buy a weber. At least I'll get something I can use.
Nothing like buying a $2000 BBQ only to get half way through building it and finding a big dent. Then attempting to fit the cover only it doesn't fit as the it's not for that model. So not only do I have an expensive BBQ with a dent in it, the electronics are now probably toast due to rain as the also expensive cover does fit.
