The in store people are great, unfortunately the head office support team are not. I have requested an order cancellation in accordance with their policies and they keep ignoring that request. Ensure you pay with credit card to this company so you can do a credit card chargeback in cases they are dishonest.
Just wanted to say thanks for a lovely buying experience with Menia the lovely lady manager on Sunday gone and then I decided to go back today Monday and buy another bed frame and mattress. No pressure and understand what I wanted .nThanks I will back again
Manager of Fyshwick is rude and as blunt as my grade three 2B pencil. false advertising constantly and you get led on a wild goose chase with different quality material/ models/and colours all these that are out the back and cannot see or try them. But you are lead to believe the floor stock is the sale item.
Really solid pricing for decent quality products. Found the shopping experience to be a lot better than IKEA for example. Product range was okay. The delivery etc timeframes can be a tad challenging. If you are not in a rush, good place to set up your first home!! We bought a sofa set, a coffee table, dining table and chairs set as well as a dresser from these guys. Easy enough to assemble. Decent quality for the price.
Very helpful when ordering for my employer, had what I needed in stock and on hold for me ready to collect. No hassles. Great service.
