Craig, Helen and the team are wonderful - they always take the time and effort to make sure the product you buy suits your desired purpose and the customer service is exceptional. We have bought many furniture items from Just Looking and have never been disappointed - and so many friends comment on the quality and design of the pieces. We now don’t bother shopping elsewhere - each time we need something new we just go to Just Looking and always find a piece on the floor or have something designed for us. Friendly staff and full of knowledge
I have a number of items of furniture bought from Just Looking Fyshwick. The staff and owners are friendly and it seems that no special order is too onerous for them to try and get it for you. I went overseas recently and couldn't get to the store so I ordered a blackwood console unit over the phone to match the TV unit that I had bought from them last year. I gave them the measurements I wanted and an approximation of the colour of blackwood that I wanted and when I returned from overseas, it was delivered exactly how I had imagined it. Oh yes, and it isn't blackwood veneer, it's solid blackwood, unlike what's being offered for the same price from other furniture stores. I highly recommend Just Looking if you want personalised service and good quality furniture.
