Customer service assistant was good to sell things but the products are of very low quality I must say. Almost everything was just so inferior that it went down to shambles in a few months. I don’t recommend if you are looking for durability.
Well u get lots of options to choose from. Mostly if u are Asian u will love furniture here than other places at low price.nFYI: if u need the furnitures in new place after 1 month go see and book it beforehand otherwise its very hard to get it in stock :
They sold me a lamp for $99 that was not new, its not even in sellable condition. The box was opened when i collected it but they said they checked it and its fine, i regret that i trusted them. The lamp shade frame is bent so the shade doesn't even go on properly, it sits on an angle, the corners chipped, it's scratched, the shade has large dents on all sides. I have been trying to get a refund and for them to collect their faulty lamp and they don't seem to be very responsive anymore. I feel scammed that they actually handed this over claiming it was a new item. I have never had this issue with any other furniture store, this store is beyond terrible. I just want my money back for this dismal product they tried to sell instead of write off.
The sales person Janaid was very helpful and not pushy. I was very impressed with the service and then the delivery was excellent from the tracking ability to the 2 guys who actually delivered it today.nWe were very impressed with everything. Thank you AMart for such good service.nWould definitely recommend your business.
Staff is very helpful and explain well. Delivery available.but price is little bit high. Good type of products are available.Onsite car park.
