Do not shop here. Staff are lovely and try their best but had nothing but issues. Ordered a sofa and Ottoman. Sofa arrived but no Ottoman. Was told it would be an additional month and I would have to pay twice for delivery fee to have both delivered. When the Ottoman arrived I arranged pick up got to the warehouse and they didn't have the correct product in correct colour. Was told it would be another 3 months before the correct Ottoman arrived. Originally ordered 1st week July and 1st December Ottoman was finally supposed to be delivered. Called to confirm on day of delivery and driver "forgot to pick up my order" as we live in a regional area they only deliver once a week. Staff were apologetic but nothing but bad experience after bad experience due to errors on store end.
Don’t buy things here. I was told an error after I made payment online. I thought the payment was not successful so I made another payment. I immediately contacted the customer service to cancel the duplicate payment/order after I realized both payment/order were successfully. But they declined to cancel my order. What a cheater! I wonder when they intentionally made the website faulty in order to cheat!!
I want to give 0 star for this store. I brought a bed from thsi store on sept 4th. They delivered my bed with wrong slats. The complaint and they said they will send me a right one- waited for 2 weeks. They sent me a wrong one again. - offered me menial $100 refund for my 4 week wait in total and reassured me that i will get right slat nect week… guess what. Received wrong one again and they wanted me to pay for its delivery. Have written multiple email to their feedback team, customer service and the store. Sends me the assembly instructions when their team does not understand anything. The team members are incompetent and does not under anything.. manager is always in a meeting and sometimes in brisbane in conference. Makes you wait for 45 minute for a call and says i went to toilet. And its oct 20 today still no slats..
My lounge stated to sag months ago. Warranty people came out and the man said it needed reinforced cushions. I'm overweight and products don't list weight limit. Either way the refuse to do anything as they say it's not a manufacturer issues. If the lounge is sinking it is 100% a manufacturer issue.. it's gotten so bad that it's uncomfortable to sit on. They now ignore all my emails. Since they don't list weight limit, the lounge is sinking they are liable. Saying warranty doesn't cover this is a joke!!! I have a lounge that now needs to be thrown out. Do NOT I repeat do NOT purchase from this place. I am in the middle of taking action agaisnt them.. they dont list weight limit and the lounge can't hold heavier people I deserve a full refund or replacement with a lounge that can hold heavier people. The fact they claim this isnt a manufacturer problem is insane. They build it and it's sinking! It hurts now to to sit on as you feel the wooden edge. It hurts my back, backside and legs. I have disabilities and I can barely get out of the lounge. This is beyond horrible and I the fact they claim its not covered under warranty. I did nothing to this lounge and due to manufacturing and not having proper support I am now stuck with a broken lounge. The man that came out AGREEED it wasn't holding up and said it needed reinforced cushions and would write in his report about a refund. I'm sure they will have some stupid responses to this but I know that they are cheap rubbish that scams and doesn't care if the lounge is broken due to MANUFACTURER ISSUES AND NOT USING STRONG MATERIALS and I just read here another person having issues with warranty claims. Don't trust this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM . This started happening to me just a few months after purchase. I have asked the ceo contact me but they don't.. I get many sale reps telling me it's not a manufacturer issue and not covered under warranty. I have asked the legal team to contact me and they don't. I have asked for bosses/supervises and nothing..now I just get ignored..Armart are scammers, liars and won't deal with you when YOUR lounge breaks. They need to be put out of business. I am not going to let this go. 1700$ and broken within a few month. Look at the negative reviews here.... don't waste your money here. I just reported this to access Canberra act government and to fair trading. I gave them chance to do what is right and they refuse so now I am forced to file complaints and submit forms etc. I suggest you all do the same. Many have stated here and other places that Amart sends faulty items and won't stand by warranty claims etc. Don't accept this and file complaints. The more people who do this the better chance we have at our warranty claims being met, replacements, refunds etc. We have rights so exercise them..
very bad experience. I moved into a new apartment a few months ago and bought two queen bed set. wait for a few weeks for the shipment which is fineI was told while purchasing. unfortunately one of the bed was not in a good conditiontwo imperfections due to transport I guess and one part of the frame was damaged before leaving in the warehouse or factory as I they repainted with black color to cover it. I reported to amart the same day when I received the item. the asked me in the email for more pictures which I did afterward. I ask for an exchange as soon as possible as I need bed to sleep. they offer me a $279 credit which is about 1/5 of the price I spend to keep the bad bed which I refused. Then the offer $279 credit or an exchange a few weeks later at mid Aug 2022. I replied in the email to exchange the bed. No response from it any more. Now it is approaching mid September. I still haven't get my bed which I paid three months ago. Shame on you amart!
I have recently bought one bed with two bedside, dressing and mattress. Initially they didn't delivere our order together, and when delivered, one of the the bedsides was damaged on delivery, also bed is having issue with assembly. Trying to contact customer support for last 10 days and called multiple times, sent email with photos to fyshwick store, customer care and feedback but no response. Please avoid this store .
Staff is very helpful and explain well. Delivery available.but price is little bit high. Good type of products are available.Onsite car park.
Great value furniture, awesome customer service and advice. Bought two lovely occasional chairs in a vibrant color that are very comfortable and eye catching.
