We stayed in Queenstown for a week and Chloe did a fantastic job of helping us plan the activities for our stay. She is very knowledgeable of the nuances of what the different operators offer and sequencing our activities to work around the weather, something we would not have known had we done the bookings ourselves. Overall, we are really happy with Chloe's help in making our stay here a wonderful experience.

We were lucky enough to be helped by Christian who was very helpful, informative and an all-round nice guy. He gave us good advice and even recommended some places to eat which we tried out and thoroughly enjoyed. When one of our trips had to be cancelled due to bad weather and the refund of our deposit couldn't be done straight away as the manager wasn't there, he gave us his email and phone number so we could follow up directly with him if we had any problems. He is a great representative for your company.

Ashley is the best advisor that I've ever met in New Zealand! She helped us plan on our itinerary and some of the activities. I love her excellent services and recommend it to all of you.

Excellent service! Chloe was the lovely girl who helped us plan out our activities in Queenstown. We tried to work out ourselves everything we wanted to do but it was overwhelming trying to plan and organise everything so really late one night just before they were about to close we went to icentre. Chloe was so friendly and helpful and went through everything we wanted to do. She explained the different deals and companies and what the differences were which was what we were initially struggling with. She also explained the best deals and made sure we got the best value for what we were after. So far we've already done a couple of those activities and they were excellent! Extremely glad we had Chloe to help us plan our activities here in Queenstown!

Out trip in Queenstown was amazing - so many exciting activities and scenic views. We could not make it without Chole's patient, professional and great help! She is fantastic.
