We're currently enjoying our trip to Australia. Christian was really helpful planning our holiday. We wouldn't be here without him. My wife and I are enjoying our honeymoon in NZ and Laura at Happy Travels was incredibly helpful and friendly as she got us set up with all our adventures! The staff is very approachable and knowledgeable about anything you are looking to do in Queenstown and the surrounding area. I highly recommend anyone to stop in if they have any questions or need any help setting up a fantastic New Zealand Adventure!

We were in Queenstown a few days ago (Jan 18) and were wondering about the downtown centre when we decided to enter at the Happy Travels branch at Church St. It was really nice to be received by Chris, who was there till late and offered us tours that were suitable to our interests and also, pocket!! We highly recommend that when you are doing researches of what to do in the city you quote with them! Great service and very kind customer service!

Went in to get a brochure and ended up booking my whole trip in australia thanks to Laura! Spent 3-4 hours in there booking all my activities and transportation. She shared her own experience travelling the east coast which was very helpful and she took her time to help me plan day by day. Very honest and thoughtful, She was just as excited about my trip as I was! Amazing costumer service, I really recommend happy travels and especially Laura!!

I would like to thank Chris Mercury for his expertise in helping me book a special trip to Milford Sound over the festive period. I was very late in making the booking but Chris managed to get my party of three booked on to a fabulous overnight cruise on the Fiordland Jewel. Chris' enthusiasm and professionality shone through during the time I spent at the Happy Travels store. I thoroughly recommend Chris to anyone looking to get the best trip information and outcome.
