Room seemed very nice on arrival but little did I know.nShower switched between hot and cold every 2 seconds which was very annoying.nThe king bed was two singles attached together. The attachment was too uncomfortable to sleep on.nThe smart TV was disabled so you only had cable TV or screen mirror with your phone. Makes absolutely no sense. I would like to watch my own stuff using streaming services and similar. What is the point in having a smart TV of it is disabled.
Stayed for 2 nights for my girls’ waterpolo tournament. Room is in smaller size, but very clean and sufficient for what we needed. I booked a room with 1 queen size bed and a single bed. Beds are very comfortable.nHotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the valet staff who are very accomodating with my need to drive in and out several times a day. Note: the best way to park the car while staying in the hotel is valet parking, because there aren’t many parking spots around the hotel.
Amazing staff who went above & beyond to accommodate me. It was an extremely stressful time due to a family member being in hospital.  When I got to my room I was presented with some sweet treats and a hand written card.  It was a lovely surprise to end a very challenging day.  I highly recommend staying here, all of the staff I encountered were very professional, informative & polite.  My room was beautifully presented, & extremely clean. The view of the river and sun streaming in made it that more wonderful. Thank you again.
We had a brilliant river view room. The breakfasts are great and had dinner there also brilliant. Hat off to the chef and the staff were very friendly and professional. This is definitely a stay again place
We stayed for one night, was greeted by the valets and was so easy to get that set up. Check in was seamless, staff was great. Room was what we paid for and what we needed. Checkout was super easy and seamless.
