Had Xmas lunch there yesterday. What a wonderful experience. The staff a deck the place to give you a great experience. A credit to them.nThe service was 100%.nSelection of food was brilliant to bring together the Xmas theme.nBUT sorry to say the seafood presentation was not good. Frozen oysters and the mussels and prawns had that thawed frozen cardboard type texture about it
had the absolute pleasure to stay 2nights. the hotel exceeded all our expectations & some, with the well appointed rooms, that are immaculate with a wonderful king size bed which we slept so well on, buffet breakfast which was included in our booking was 5star yummy an ticked all the boxes on so many levels. the valet parking so convenient & worth the extra cost to have piece of mind about our vehicle while we were able to walk & access all the shopping & amenities within the vicinity of the hotel. above everything else were the staff whom were so friendly, nice & professional which just made our whole stay so awesome, from the valet to the front of house, bar, restaurant, room attendants whom all provided 5star service for our entire stay. will definitely book again with ibis tainui nga mihi
I recently had the pleasure of staying for a single night. The location proved to be quite convenient, offering easy access to the river walk area and a variety of restaurants in the surrounding streets.nMy room, situated on an upper floor, provided a pleasant view of the river. The room itself was simple, yet clean and well-maintained, with an aesthetically pleasing design in both the room and the lounge area. The staff were friendly and provided nice service. The breakfast in the morning offered good selection of food. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable lounge area. The only minor issue was that the toilet seat was not soft-closing, which resulted in some noise when closing the lid. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
I had a really pleasant stay here. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and efficient — staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay.nnParking can be a bit tricky, so it’s worth planning ahead. If you don’t want to spend too much on parking, be prepared to park about a 10-minute walk away. Centre Place offers $10 parking if you register in advance, which is a great option.nnOverall, a great value hotel in a convenient location — I’d definitely stay again!
Everything about the hotel was excellent, the location, the room cleanliness the blackout blinds are soo good, friendly staff, breakfast. Ibis Hamilton is our new Go To in Hamilton. Highly recommended to everyone. Thanks so much Ibis Hamilton Tainui A+++
