Beetham Park Motel offers 13 ground floor, self contained, spacious studio apartments which can sleep 1-4 guests and a two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests. We pride ourselves on the size our our units - they are without a doubt the largest and most comfortable studio units around! The lounge in our 2 bedroom unit is also incredibly large – ideal for a sports team or family to gather in.

Each apartment includes a 42 inch plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen, FREE WI FI internet, SKY TV, air conditioning, security alarm and high quality, comfortable furnishings. With the design of the rooms running away from the main road, together with parking right outside the door, your stay will be quiet and secure. Beetham Park Motel is truly a ‘home away from home’.

Additional facilities include cooked or continental breakfasts, and charge back restaurant meals for our business guests. There is also a guest laundry with a washing machine and dryer which is free of charge to use.

Our motel is conveniently located close to Hamilton’s CBD, Waikato Stadium, Waterworld, ProDrive Golf Driving Range. and a large number of local attractions. We are also within a 30 minute drive from Hamilton Airport and 90 minutes drive south of Auckland International Airport.
