Pretty good. Not too over-priced. We bought the family room, clean, good service at front desk. The staff were nice and friendly as well. We frequently go to this hotel when we visit Hamilton.

I stayed in an economy room and was still pleased with the size of the room. We had two double beds and room to move around. Not a great location, but still nice.

Rooms are ok, big parking space at basement. Very good location, walking distance to many restaurants. Helpful staff. They allow our group to use the lounge for gathering until mid night.

Awful place, pipes banging, every door closing echoes, there is some mechanical device I can assume a lift that when it goes place shakes plus it's noisy as. Not to mention drinks outside till 3am as its on main drag. If u can survive on 2hrs sleep book it if not avoid the place.
