Great shop, with lots and lots of beautiful shoes. It's clean and well presented. I am very impressed with their COVID19 prevention with had sanitisers and social distancing, etc. The staff were great and friendly and great knowledge of products. They have great specials all the time too.

Hype DC Docklands is a good little shoe store, they have a decent range of different kicks and other types of shoes, there is a lot of strange designs and unfortunately not the biggest range of Nike, it seems the type of customer that this particular store is aiming at is one with a bit of a out there kind of style, in saying that there are plenty of ordinary styles as well, staff didn't seem to know anything when I asked questions about particular pricing and sale prices which is pretty sad.
Really impressed with the service here. Store was out of stock on the sale Nikes I wanted, so the staff member helped me try on the same pair in a different colour. Once we knew it was a good fit, she ordered them through a sister store and they were mailed to me free postage. They arrived within a week!
There was a sale sticker on the shoes but they came up full price. When I went back to request a refund for the difference she would not pay it. She said the sale had ended and they must have forgotten to take the sticker off. Usually the sticker price is honoured.
Got my favourite pair of shoes from here, and the sales lady is so nice and friendly! They let you try on shoes and ask if you need help unlike the inner city hype shop. Will come again!

Served by best sales associate ever Rob. Not pushy at all and very knowledgeable about products whilst catering for our needs. We have orthotics which can make it hard to find suitable shoes but Rob went above and beyond to help us out. It's very nice to know there are genuine and friendly sales people still out there. Thanks heaps!!
Awesome selection and great staff with awesome service...always buy a pair of kicks when I go there..
