Amazing service. We showed up just a few minutes before closing time and needed to buy a pair of shoes urgently. The lovely lady named Olivia was very friendly, helpful, and patient. We'll definitely visit again.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I recently discovered Ecco shoes and am amazed at the high quality and comfort.
We came a couple of weeks ago. Due to size constraints it took a long time to find shoes that I liked that were also available, but we probably wouldn't have got anything if the lady who helped us Olivia I think hadn't been so kind and patient. It was also clear she really liked the brand which was nice. In the end it was a good experience and we left with two pairs of shoes
Had a most pleasant 5-star shopping adventure at Ecco today. Kudos to Valerie who is simply awesome. Patiently shared her impressive product knowledge. Not pushy at all. Must have tried at least 8 pairs of shoes from my initial choice of sneakers and flats to Valerie's recommendations of heels and sneakers! Eventually walked away with 2 pairs. Many Thanks, Valerie!!
Wow, just simply wow! Now that was a excellent and rare retail experience. My wife and I would like to thank Ray, for our his and hers shoes the other day, and more so for the delightful conversation, professionalism and patience with us. We are now officially ECCO fans and will make sure to visit Ray at South Wharf for our shoes from now on.

I didn't find what I was looking for, but I just gotta say that the pregnant lady I forgot to ask for her name working in the store was absolutely amazing- extremely helpful without being pushy, very knowledgeable and super friendly. You made my day! :
They had one pair of shoes I was after, but not the other. They called other stores and found what I wanted in my size and organised for it to be shipped to my house for free. Very impressed.
