Super busy when we came here in mid January. Customer service wasn't great. We asked for a particular product and the guy just pointed us in the general direction and then walked away without asking any further questions. There were lots of sneakers in a range of sizes, although finding the right size for my 10 year old was difficult. If you could find the product you were after, you would probably save a reasonable amount.

Great wholesale prices and sale prices, really great service from really nice people!

I visited your vans south wharf store today and had a fabulous experience with Jack. I came in with my kids looking for some new shoes, he was wonderful enough to bring out eight pairs of shoes for my kids to try on, he went above and beyond and I will absolutely be returning to this store. The young lady Jade who served us was fantastic can't say anything positive about the guy who carelessly knocked down two pairs of shoes still in the box from about 10 feet high to land on my face. My glasses were knocked from my face and my nose was cut and bleeding from it. Today a day later I'm bruised and sore. No follow up at all, they probably should have asked for my name and phone no and documented what happened so it doesn't happen again.
