I bought a shoe 1.5 months ago and there was a deformation on the inside. They said I wanted to change it but I chose the wrong size as the size. I said you recommended this shoe. This time, they said the interior is out of warranty.
Large store with a wide range of men's, women's and children's shoes. Mostly casual, but also a few styles that could be appropriate for work. Prices are generally $20-$50 less than retail.
Incredible service from a young lass who knew her stock. Well done!
Very impressed with Alice when I visit this outlet yesterday. She was very helpful and assisted me without me asking and understood my customer requirement. She was extremely patient and made my shopping experience enjoyable. High level of professionalism. She was friendly and the most productive sales assistant I’ve met yet!
Really busy outlet but staff must helpful finding my size in new runners. Helps being a member so they can look up history and sizes if previous purchases!
I forgot the guys name but he had a moon boot on and we shared very tragic but awesome tales of our ruptured Achillies, our recoveries and eventually the sale of my shoes. Dude thank you so much, recommend this store, everyone is so awesome and welcoming

Very disappointed with their customer services, one of the lady sales person literally told me “why did u buy than “ cause I went to that store to return one of the shoe that I brought few days ago ...as per their policy we can return or exchange within 30 days of purchase but they were not happy with my decision to return. I feel as a customer I have the right to change my mind after all I have returned their shoe as it is with tags and stickers on.
Worst customer service. The bleached blonde dude at the counter was so rude and full of attitude when you try to return or exchange something. They can be nice to you when you buy something at the store, but when there is an issue with the shoes within 30 days of purchase and you want an exchange or refund, be aware that they make it really hard for you. Would never make spend money here again!
Spend $90 on the shoes this Monday which was so uncomfortable. But only because i did not take the box on first placethere crappy policy. ManangerAmmygot a chance to be rude with me,she was yelling on the phone that she cannot exchange but On the other hand side TM told me they are happy to exchange, but off course now everyone is denying worst customer service ever no communication at all with in the staff . Sorry to say but Manager is not fit for the customer service job, as she doesn’t know what customer service means.
