Fast service but my grilled chicken burger and royale chicken tasted like its been sitting on the warmer all day. Bun was all dry and hard to bite through. Nice chips though

At bull creek Hungary Jacks, most of the time I get better service than that of most HJ. Most hj I find have shocking customer service, maybe has to do with the fact that no HJ stores are franchised in WA. They are all corporate owned. But Alvan at HJ Bull creek is the best by fare he remember s me when I come in.

The worst drive through I have experienced in my life. Yes, sometimes they arent always terrible and sometimes they get the order right but having lived near here for the past few years I can say there are a lot of negatives. "No burgers, no coke, no frozen drinks, no soft serve ice cream" to name a few.. HJ's corporate office really need to flush this place out and retrain a GOOD manager that can train the kids that work here and not yell at them when they aren't properly trained/dont have leadership that do their job..I suggest you go here with low hopes when desperate. Better yet head to Red Rooster next door or McDonalds or another HJs!!

The place appeared to be completely short-staffed and as a result, the tables were filthy, bins overflowing and the queue for the drive-thru a mile long. I feel so sorry for these poor kids and a person who I assume was the manager. They were all doing their best and working so hard but they were fighting a losing battle! I imagine that the corporate head office management team is living the dream though.
