I have tried so hard to love Nando's Willetton but am disappointed every time with burnt chicken. On my last order I specifically requested for the chicken to not be charred to bits. The server turned all the burnt pieces over and then presented it to me with a story about how if chicken is not black it won't be cooked through. Coming from Southern Africa where Nando's originates from I know that it is not best served burnt! Only discovered how burnt the food was when I got home. Saddened by the deception and disappointed repeatedly by the quality I would not recommend this outlet to anyone.

1. They need to learn how to work the wheelchair lift, we spent a total of 15 minutes waiting for the staff to figure out how it worked. 2. The chicken was charred, the chips were cold and the coleslaw was chunky in an unappetizing way 3. The food was fast to come out though. Overall a poor first impression for my friend at the quality Nandos can offer. I'm disappointed.

Certainly not value for money. Chickens come at different sizes however they are given to you for a whole chicken price. Sucks badly.
