I like the chicken, it tasted delicious. Portion is big enough for the six of us. Staff are also friendly.nUnfortunately the day we went there, there was a rowdy group of young children interrupting our meal. It will be good if the staff did something about it
This store needs to close. Google Nando's Willetton and you will discover that they have been fined the biggest fine EVER for violations of the health regulations. How does a $160k fine sound? Don't chance it. One of the offences that they were charged for was selling food past its use by date. Another was for allowing mould to grow. The photos from the inspection, now in the public domain, are included here.
This is our local Nando for a few years now for the occasional treat.nConsistent with other reviews, we have seen quite a few staff turnover throughout the years but this was the store which we had experienced the best customer services , and so we are relatively lenient in terms of review. The quality of the food has been generally good, with the occasional hit & miss with different staff on duty as expected.nWe found the place is big enough to guarantee a place for families with young kids, and our recent visits have been good with shorter wait time than normal.nOverall, a good place for the occasional dinner treat.nTips 1 : They don’t cut whole chicken into 8 anymore, just 4, so remember to bring a kids scissor if you have kidsnTips 2 : order via the app on the table worked well, and faster from the experience I witnessed of the lengthy time taken for counter ordering by trainee staff
First Red flag we ignored was walking into a disgusting front door. Had to ask for water we paid for. Basically empty restaurant and still took 45 mins for chicken and chips and a wrap.nWrap was cold in the middle so we took it back.nTotally disgusted with service, cleanliness of restaurant.
Worst dining experience that I've ever had. When my family came in for dinner there were only two other tables with diners and EVERY OTHER TABLE had leftover food from the lunch service. Sat down at one of the empty tables with uncleared food then ordered at the counter and requested that they clear and wipe down our table. Waited 40 minutes for our order without any staff coming to clear table. When it arrived food was cold and had meagre portion sizes and we had to hold it in the air while some 14yo kid finally wiped down the table. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Will never go there again.
