I love pepper lunch, however no menues out, tv monitors turned off. Middle of the day, seemed like they were closed but weren't. A bit weird. The other stores are much better.

We had dinner at Pepper Lunch on March 11, 2018, a DIY fast steak restaurant in Southlands Boulevarde, Willentton, so you practically cook your own food. The menu centers around various meats with a series of combinations. You can order the food either Ala Carte or make it a meal where you can choose your meat, side dish and drink. I ordered Terriyaki Beef meal with Sweet Potato as a side dish. My daughter and granddaughter had Classic Pepper Rice, and my son-in-law had Hamburg & Premium Steak Combo. Everything is served in a piping hot 260 degree teppan hot plate. You just mix them all and add as much sweet or garlic sauce to your liking. The atmosphere was cheerful and the food was served quickly. No complaints really! It's all fresh and tasty. I guess it's the fun part of cooking your own food that makes it so deliciously enjoyable.
