Very bad experience! There was too much coating on the chicken.On top of that it was very cold too.. Honestly, I didn't like it at all.I thought if something new has come I will try it, but verry bad experience.
This is my local Mcdonalds and whenever we get maccas we get it from here never had an issue besides the occasional order mess up which is fine i dont really care but today my sister got a quarter pounder and it was completely pink on the inside which im sure can cause serious food poisoning. so geeked, we might have to sue because this is just unnacceptable.
The restaurant is so dirty table dirty floor dirty no staff to empty the bin.nThe toliet door is always locked every time yoy go to toliet you need ask the staff to unlock the toliet door first it's very annoying.
1. Filthy: Staff members holding cleaning supplies but flirting with their boyfriends and not doing any cleaning. Not a single table was clean- all were sticky and oily. Rubbish was strewn on the floor.n2. Rude: Staff members turned their backs to us at the counter and refused to look at us in order to avoid serving us. My daughter just needed them to press the button to open the toilet.n3. Dangerous: OSH hazards like high chairs and cleaning signs flat on the floor, unopened left in the way of people's paths. Staff members walked over this without picking it up.
Not sure what others are saying. I’ve been in the area for well over 15 years and this is the cleanest, reliable and most consistent maccas in Perth. The franchisee has done a great job especially considering how busy it gets in the area.
