Great fun! Make sure to sit up front or at least avoid sitting behind someone taller if you'd like to purchase the video. Sides of the boat get wet, so if your concerned about staying dry sit in the middle.

Great Experience.Tossing and Turning the Jet Boat like a toy at 700 khs. Fun  and total Adrenaline rush.Must do for anybody in NZ!!!

I enjoyed this but expected a more thrilling ride i wanted more spins and hair raising moments definetly overpriced tourist attraction our boat broke down and had to get out and into another one the guide was lovely and helpful think i will try the rapid jets next time as it could b more thrilling

Had a great time. Really got the blood pumping. Staff were friendly. Merch was reasonably cheap. Our driver (I think his name was Liam) got us really close to the falls and answered all our questions. I learned a lot about the boat and also learned of a few local attractions that aren't so well known.

the jet boat ride is great. But their manager treating me like children pointing finger and shouting at me. I give 1 star bad service.
